Refund Policy

We want you to pay only when the tool actually solved your problem. Every paid licence comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

The guarantee

If a crud.md licence didn't do what you needed — or you're simply not satisfied — contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to justify it. Because the free tier lets you see exactly what the tool does on a sample of your own files before you pay, most people know before buying — but the guarantee is there either way.

How to request a refund

Email support@crud.md with the email address you used at checkout (or your Paddle order/receipt number) and we'll process it. Because Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, you can also request the refund directly from the receipt Paddle emailed you, or via Paddle's buyer support.

Digital goods

A licence is a digital product delivered to you immediately, so in some regions your statutory right to a cooling-off period may be limited once you start using it. Our 14-day guarantee applies regardless of that, and nothing here removes any refund rights you have under applicable law.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days to appear. Once refunded, the associated licence key is deactivated.
